Terms of Service

⚖️These Terms govern your use of LOVEZII’s websites, apps, and services. By creating an account or using LOVEZII, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Overview

Welcome to LOVEZII (“our”). Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, apps, and features (collectively, the “Services”).

2) Eligibility

• You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services.
• You affirm you have not been convicted of a felony involving violence or sexual misconduct and are not required to register as a sex offender.
• You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

3) Your Account & Security

• You are responsible for your account, credentials, and any activity on it. Keep your password secure.
• Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.

4) Content & Licenses

Your Content

You own the content you post (text, images, audio/video, profile video, live streams, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, perform, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Others’ Content

Content belongs to its creator. Do not copy, sell, or exploit others’ content without permission.

Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them with no obligation to compensate you.

5) Community Standards (What’s Not Allowed)

• Impersonation or misrepresenting identity, age, or intent.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or other abuse.
• Illegal content; non-consensual content; minors (or “young-looking” depictions); sexual exploitation; revenge porn; bestiality.
• Unsafe sharing of personal contact info; coercion to move off-platform.
• Malware, scraping, spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
• Use for escorting, sex work, or direct sexual transactions.
• Reverse-engineering, interfering with, or overloading the Services.

We may remove content or suspend accounts to enforce these rules. Report issues via support.ceo@lovezii.com.

6) Live Video & Safety

• Do not stream prohibited or unsafe content.
• Streams may be recorded or scanned (automated or manual) for trust & safety, moderation, and compliance.
• Do not share passwords, financial info, or addresses on live video. Block/report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.

7) Virtual Currency, Premium, and Purchases

• Virtual Items. We may offer virtual currency (e.g., Coins/Diamonds) and virtual items (gifts, boosts). Virtual currency has no cash value, is non-transferable, and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Premium Access. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in Settings → Billing.
• Billing. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe and/or PayPal). Taxes may apply.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, purchases of virtual items are final. For subscription issues, email billing.ceo@lovezii.com within [X days].
• Chargebacks. Excessive chargebacks may lead to suspension or account review.

8) Creator, Affiliate & Advertiser Programs

8.1 Creators

• Earnings. Payouts are calculated from eligible purchases (tips, gifts, subscriptions) minus platform fees, commissions, refunds/chargebacks, taxes, and processor fees.
• Compliance. Payouts may require identity (KYC) and tax info. We may delay/deny payouts for risk or policy violations.
• Clawbacks. Refunded/charged-back purchases may be deducted or offset from future payouts.

8.2 Affiliates

• Commissions. Earn a percentage on qualifying referrals under the program terms shown in your dashboard.
• Invalid Traffic. Self-referrals, bots, incentive abuse, or misleading ads void commissions.
• Adjustments. Commissions are net of refunds/chargebacks; we may audit and adjust.

8.3 Advertisers

• Content Rules. Ads must be accurate, lawful, and comply with our Ad Policies.
• Spend & Billing. You agree to pay for impressions/clicks/actions as measured by our systems and/or third-party billing.
• Rejection/Removal. We may reject or remove ads that violate policies or degrade user experience.

9) Third-Party Services

The Services may include links to third-party sites or integrations (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Cloudinary, Twilio). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

10) Moderation & Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle features, or suspend/terminate accounts to protect users and the platform. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to enforce these Terms and our policies.

11) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described there.

12) Intellectual Property & DMCA

• Our trademarks, logos, code, and design are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use of the Services.
• DMCA/Notice. To report infringement, email copyright.ceo@lovezii.com with a proper takedown notice. We may remove content and, if appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

13) Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for outages, delays, or data loss (to the fullest extent permitted by law).

14) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY MATCHES, RELATIONSHIPS, OR OUTCOMES.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, portions of this section may not apply.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LOVEZII from any claims or demands (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Disputes. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally with us at legal.ceo@lovezii.com within 30 days.
• Arbitration & Class Waiver (optional). Except where prohibited, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; no class actions. You may opt-out within 30 days by emailing legal.ceo@lovezii.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”.

18) Term & Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may close your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach or risk to the community.

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site or sent to your account email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
